Product Application:
Pet training and puppy pads production line is controlled by triaxial frequency conversion drive +PLC, the product specification can be adjusted arbitrarily, the rectifying device is configured, and the touch screen is used as HMI.
Equipment production process:
Multi-layer toilet paper or dust-free paper can be cut off → water absorption layer → covered with non-woven cloth (with spray glue or thermal bonding) → covered with PE casting film (with spray glue or thermal bonding) → left and right package edge (with streamline glue or thermal bonding) → product folding → product cutting → inspection → factory.

Packing and Shipping:
All the machines of our company are wrapped in wrapping film and wooden boxes before shipment. They are shipped as standard (except for local company procurement) to check whether the packaging is intact before the customer receives the goods. If there is any damage, please contact our company in time. If it is intact, the customer can safely sign for it. After signing, the wooden box and packaging can be removed by themselves. After the removal, the machine can enter the installation stage.
